Hi, I’m Risa…

In Spanish, my name means laughter—which makes sense, considering I’ve spent the last 30+ years bringing joy, music, and entertaining live experiences to life!

Over the years, I’ve worked in the event industry in every capacity—from hotel hospitality and operations to sales, project management, and talent buying. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of producing unique projects and events for my community as well as producing shows featuring nationally touring talent, including Ben Folds, Henry Winkler, Garrison Keillor, Little River Band, Ambrosia, and many others!

I founded NB Assistant, LLC because I love finding the key to making a brilliant idea into a memorable reality. 

 I combine a lifetime of industry knowledge with a passion for efficient execution to help promoters, agencies, artists, and small businesses launch their projects smoothly and professionally.
